Developing the Next Generation of Black Insurance Professionals

The application is open only to juniors and seniors. HBCU IMPACT.® Incubator Programs will be made available to students (earlier in the journey) shortly. If you are a student interested in the HBCU IMPACT.® Incubator Program but do not currently qualify, please check back with us for future updates. The program will cover two weeks. Week one is an online self-study course and week two is an in-person review/training that will take place in either Atlanta or Tampa. Please note that you will need two letters of recommendation to apply using the application below. Good luck!

requirements

Students must:

  • Be currently enrolled 

  • Submit letters of recommendation from 2 professors (one must be from a current professor, one from a previous professor)

For recent graduates:

  • Two letters of recommendation– one must be from a previous professor (may also submit a letter from an employer)

For all students:

  • Gender ID for roommate assignment: Male, Female, Non-Binary, Other
  • Must be fully vaccinated and show negative COVID test (within 72 hrs) upon arrival. All participants will be tested daily, in the morning (tests will be provided).
  • US Citizens, able to work in the US & must not need sponsorship for the purpose of engagement with HBCU IMPACT
