Empowering the next generation of Black professionals. HBCU IMPACT® is building futures in insurance, risk management, finance, and law—one student at a time.
For select students who are ready to launch their careers, this intensive 2-week Summer offering is for you! Not only do students get a 1-week training series from certified professionals towards licensing, but students who complete the coursework and skills training are then granted clearance to take the licensing exams to be credentialed insurance professionals, either as agents or claims adjusters (currently for FL only). The HBCU I.M.P.A.C.T.® Incubator is the fastest way to launch your career, and for insurance firms to intake day one-ready talent.
